John is an expert on Airport cybersecurity strategy, development, and implementation. He holds a PhD in Cybersecurity and eBusiness Development and has extensive practical experience implementing cyber security strategies and programs to medium and small sized airports globally. John is the team lead on the ACI World APEX Cyber Security Review Program and has been CEO of Oxford Systems since 2003.
